My Lands (mlgame) - Combat Missions


There are following Combat Missions in the Game:
  • Robbery
  • Slaves Capture
  • Buildings Destruction
  • Domain Seizure

Combat Missions are launched from the Kingdom Map after clicking a target domain. 

After a mission has been launched, its course can be observed in the Missions Window (click the "Missions" button in the bottom left corner if you want to open it). In order to see the army staff, point at the mission’s type title (for example, the word "Robbery" at Robbery mission) in the Missions Window.


If there was an attack launched against you, the Missions button will turn red (when City Gate is closed the city can’t be attacked).

Missions Withdrawal
Combat Missions can be withdrawn until they didn’t come too close to the target. 
In order to withdraw a mission, click the mission in the Missions Window. In the unfolded message click the red Cross icon to the left.
A possibility to withdraw mission becomes blocked one minute before arrival.


Attacks Limit
A player can’t launch more than 2 attacks on the same domain during 24 hours.
Joint Attack from different cities of the same player is considered a single attack.

No more than 30 successful attack against Ruins can be performed during 24 hours.
Exception is: quest reward that removes restriction on attacking lower ranks Ruins. While the reward is active the 30 Ruins restriction will not have effect and the Ruins destroyed will not be counted into the limit.

Army Rest
After troops came back from a mission they will need one minute for rest.
During this minute troops won’t be able to march out for a new mission or to hide in the Sanctuary. However, if the city is attacked, they will be able to defend.

Attack Launch Window:
Squad award
The slower mission’s traveling speed is, the less the mission will cost.
The squad award equals squad’s salary multiplied by coefficient that depends on the mission speed.
That is, squad award = 1 unit salary * number of units * mission duration (both ways) * coefficient

Mission minimum duration is 15 minutes one way.

QUESTION: which order in the list missions that arrive the same second will have? 
ANSWER: according to missions launch time.
QUESTION: what if mission was withdrawn? 
ANSWER: according to the launch time nevertheless.


Robbery




For Robberies train Carriers as only they have Capacity.
50% of resources in Warehouses and Market minus those in Cache are available for stealing.
Carriers can carry off as much resources available as their capacity allows.

10% of stolen resources are burnt. If attacker is a Clan member, the 10% go to the Clan Warehouse.


Slaves Capture



In order to Capture Slaves train Carriers as only they have Capacity. For capturing, 50% of Idle Population is available.














Buildings Destruction



Buildings in villages outside the City Wall and those inside Outer Domains can be destroyed. In order to destroy other player’s buildings in your villages you need to attack the city from which the buildings were constructed. If the City Gate is closed, the city can’t be attacked, thus the buildings can’t be destroyed.

In course of the "Buildings Destruction" mission, the army Total Attack value matters to how many buildings will be destroyed or damaged.
If an attacker wins then at least 1 building will be destroyed or damaged.

Logic of damage calculation is as follows: 
On the end of the battle (after round of resurrection) at least 200 points of Attack for each level meant to be damaged will have to remain. Whether the damage will happen or not, will be defined at random. 

In other words, even if there’s enough Attack Points, the damage can be less than maximum possible.

If there’s enough Attack Points for all levels of all building destruction, then at least 1 level of each building will be destroyed; if not – some of the buildings can remain absolutely untouched and some can be partly damaged or fully destroyed.

If you have chosen the type of building for destruction that the defender has no, no buildings will be damaged at all.

Workers, Builders, Special Units, also Special Units on training, which are in buildings at the moment of damage or destruction – will die.

Domain Seizure



Any Outer Domain can be re-seized. Outer Domain can be seized only if there are no defensive buildings in it, such as Towers, Magic Towers and Fortifications.
If seizure is a result of Joint Attack the domain will go to the attack initiator.
Cities cannot be seized. 

Tunnel Closing.
EXAMPLE:
Player1, a Pit’s owner, began Pit’s Tunnel closing.
If Player2 seizes the Pit while the Tunnel is closing, the Tunnel will continue closing anyway.

EXAMPLE2:
Player1, a Pit’s owner, began Pit’s Tunnel closing.
Player2 launched a Re-Seizure attack.
Player1, having a presentiment of defeat, refuses the Pit; in this case the Tunnel closing will stop.
